Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse the products available on Kelmior, select the item and available options you would like to purchase, and add it to your cart. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout and provide the required shipping and payment information.

Please review your items, quantities, shipping address, and contact information carefully before completing your purchase.

How do I apply a discount code?

If you have a valid Kelmior discount or promotional code, enter it in the designated discount code field during checkout.

On mobile devices, you may need to open the order summary to locate the discount code field.

After entering the code, select Apply and confirm that the discount has been reflected in your order total before completing payment.

Discount codes may be subject to specific terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other promotional conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods currently available to you will be displayed during checkout.

Depending on checkout availability, supported methods may include major credit or debit cards and compatible accelerated or digital payment options.

Please refer to the checkout page for the payment methods available for your specific order.

Why was my payment unsuccessful?

A payment may be declined for several reasons, including incorrect card information, insufficient funds, bank security restrictions, or an unsuccessful payment authorization.

Please verify your payment information and try again. If the problem continues, you may wish to contact your card issuer or select another available payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping rate is $5.99 USD per order.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete payment. Shipping charges may vary where a different rate or promotional shipping offer is shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery takes 10–20 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing where applicable, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

How can I track my order?

Once tracking information becomes available, we will send it to the email address associated with your order.

You can use the tracking number provided to follow the progress of your shipment through the relevant carrier or tracking service.

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for initial tracking information to appear. Temporary gaps between tracking updates may also occur while a package is moving between carrier facilities or during international transit.

If there has been no tracking activity for an unusually long period, please contact service@kelmior.com with your order number.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

In some circumstances, an order containing multiple items may arrive in more than one package.

If your order is divided into separate shipments, the packages may arrive at different times. Where separate tracking information is available, it may be provided for each shipment.

If you believe an item is missing after all shipments have been delivered, please contact our customer service team.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us at service@kelmior.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

Your order number
The email address used for the order
Your current shipping information
The complete corrected shipping information

We will attempt to update the information if the order has not already entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Can I change an item, color, or quantity after ordering?

Please contact service@kelmior.com as soon as possible and provide your order number, order email, and the change you would like to request.

Changes cannot be guaranteed. If fulfillment has already begun, we may be unable to modify the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request cancellation.

Cancellation may only be possible before the order has entered processing or shipment. Once an order has already been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled and the applicable return process will need to be followed instead.

Please review our Refund Policy for the conditions that apply to returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

You may request an eligible return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with applicable tags and packaging. Return eligibility and exclusions are explained in our Refund & Return Policy.

Before sending any item back, please review the Refund Policy and contact service@kelmior.com if assistance is required.

Items should not be returned to an address without first reviewing the applicable return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been issued, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact service@kelmior.com within 7 days after delivery with your order details and clear photos or video.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

Your Order Number
The email address associated with your order
Clear photos or video showing the damaged item
A photo of the package and shipping label where relevant
A brief description of the problem

Please retain the item and original packaging while your request is being reviewed.

What if my item has a quality issue?

If you believe an item has a defect or quality-related issue, contact our customer service team and provide your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the affected area.

Our team will review the information provided and advise you of the appropriate next steps.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please email service@kelmior.com and include your order number, order email, and clear photos of the item you received.

We will review the order information and assist you with the next steps.

What should I do if an item is missing?

First, check whether your order was divided into multiple shipments.

If all packages have been delivered and an item is still missing, contact service@kelmior.com with your order number and details of the missing item.

Product Questions

Where can I find product information?

Product information is provided on each product page, including available options, pricing, images, and other relevant product details.

Because Kelmior offers different types of dresses, tops, knitwear, hoodies, vests, skirts, and shorts, sizing, materials, fit, and care requirements may vary between products.

Please review the individual product page before placing your order.

How do I choose a clothing size?

Review the sizing and fit information on the individual product page before ordering. Where measurements are provided, compare them with your own measurements or a garment that fits you well. Sizes and fit can vary between styles. If you need help, email service@kelmior.com with the product name and your question.

Will the product look exactly the same as the photos?

We aim to present product images and information as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, actual colors may appear slightly different depending on your device display, screen settings, lighting, and photography. Minor variations may also occur where applicable to the product.

Order Emails & Communication

I didn't receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

You should also confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.

If you still cannot locate your confirmation, contact service@kelmior.com and provide your name and the email address used when placing the order. If available, include any other information that may help us locate your purchase.

I haven't received my tracking number yet. What should I do?

Tracking information is provided after an order has been processed for shipment and tracking becomes available.

If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk folder first. If sufficient processing time has passed and you still have no tracking information, contact service@kelmior.com with your order number.

Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Kelmior, we want you to understand what to expect after ordering. This policy covers processing, estimated delivery, shipping fees, tracking, and assistance with delivery issues.

Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

Processing Time

We generally prepare orders within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of increased order volume, processing may occasionally take longer than usual. If a significant issue affects the processing of your order, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Time

Estimated Delivery

After an order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery generally takes:

10–20 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Your destination, carrier operations, customs, local delivery conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our reasonable control may affect transit time.

The total time from placing an order to receiving it therefore consists of:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days
Estimated Shipping: 10–20 business days

Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping fee is:

USD $5.99 per order

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

If a different rate or shipping promotion applies, the charge shown at checkout takes precedence.

Shipping Availability

Kelmior may accept orders for delivery to supported destinations shown during checkout.

Shipping availability can vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier coverage, and other fulfillment considerations.

If your address cannot be serviced, you may be unable to complete checkout for that destination.

Order Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled from different available facilities or fulfillment partners depending on product availability and the delivery destination.

As a result, the shipping origin shown on a parcel may differ from our registered business address.

The registered address of Cloudlism Inc. listed at the end of this policy is our company information and should not automatically be treated as a product return address.

Please contact customer service and follow our Refund Policy before returning any merchandise.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, a shipping confirmation may be sent to the email address provided with your order.

This confirmation will normally include your tracking number or tracking information.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to begin updating, as carriers may require additional time to scan a parcel into their network.

Tracking Has Not Updated

Temporary gaps in tracking activity can occur while a shipment is moving between carrier facilities, during international transportation, or while being transferred to a local delivery provider.

A gap in tracking updates does not always mean your parcel has stopped moving.

If your tracking information has shown no meaningful update for more than 7 business days, please contact:

service@kelmior.com

Please include your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments:

Packages may arrive on different dates.
Separate tracking information may be provided.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the remainder of the order is missing.

If all available shipments have been marked as delivered and you still believe an item is missing, please contact our customer service team.

Changing Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or need to request another order-related change, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Please provide:

Your Order Number
The email address used to place the order
The information currently shown on the order
The corrected information you would like us to use

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if fulfillment has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address or other order information can be changed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

Delivery Attempts & Returned Packages

If a carrier is unable to complete delivery, it may make another delivery attempt, leave delivery instructions, hold the package for collection, or return the shipment according to its own procedures.

Customers should monitor tracking information and respond promptly to any instructions provided by the carrier.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package where required, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Any applicable reshipping or refund arrangements will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and our applicable policies.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost during transit, please contact us at service@kelmior.com.

We may review the shipment information and, where appropriate, work with the relevant carrier or logistics provider to investigate the delivery.

If the carrier confirms that a shipment was lost in transit, we will review the available resolution options based on the circumstances of the order.

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you first:

Check around the delivery location and any safe delivery areas.
Ask household members, reception staff, or neighbors where appropriate.
Review any delivery notice or proof of delivery provided by the carrier.
Contact the local carrier using your tracking number.

If you are still unable to locate the package, contact service@kelmior.com with your order details so that we can review the available shipping information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may be imposed by authorities in the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may also affect estimated delivery times.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Customs inspections or clearance delays
Carrier disruptions
Severe weather
Transportation interruptions
Public holidays
High-volume shipping periods
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Other unforeseen logistics events

We will provide reasonable assistance where possible, but estimated shipping times should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to understand your options when shopping with Kelmior. This policy explains returns, refunds, cancellations, and help with order issues.

Please review this Refund & Return Policy before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an order or need assistance with a return, contact us at service@kelmior.com.

For faster assistance, please include your Order Number and the email address used to place the order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request an eligible return within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally:

Be unused and in its original condition
Show no signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration
Include the original packaging where applicable
Include any accessories or components originally supplied with the product
Be accompanied by valid order information

Returned items are reviewed for condition and eligibility before a refund is approved.

If more than 14 days have passed since confirmed delivery, we may be unable to accept a standard return request except where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending any product back, please contact our customer service team at:

service@kelmior.com

Please provide:

Your Order Number
The email address used to place the order
The item you wish to return
The reason for your return
Photos of the product where reasonably necessary

Our team will review your request and send instructions for an eligible return.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

Eligible unused products may be returned within the applicable 14-day return period, including where you have changed your mind or selected an unsuitable item or available variant.

For returns that are not caused by a product defect, shipping error, or other issue attributable to us, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned products must satisfy the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during delivery
Defective
Incorrect
Materially different from the product ordered

please contact us within 7 days after delivery so that we can review the issue promptly.

Contact:

service@kelmior.com

Please include:

Your Order Number
Your Order Email
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the product and the reported problem
Video evidence where useful
A photograph of the package or shipping label where relevant

Please keep the affected item and its original packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

5. Resolution for Product Issues

Once we receive the required information, our customer service team will review the circumstances of the claim.

For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, depending on the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate resolution such as:

Replacement
Partial refund
Full refund

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to review the claim.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a particular resolution. The appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the issue and the information available to us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return where applicable, including:

Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Products returned without required components or accessories
Products showing signs of misuse or improper handling
Items specifically identified as non-returnable or final sale before purchase
Items that cannot reasonably be accepted for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable

This section does not limit rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for a different color, style, or variant.

If you purchased an item and would prefer another available option, please contact service@kelmior.com.

Where an ordinary return is eligible, you may return the original item according to this policy and place a new order for the preferred product.

For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, a replacement may be offered as part of the resolution.

8. Return Authorization

Do not return merchandise without first contacting our customer service team.

If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions.

Products sent without prior authorization may be difficult to identify and may delay or prevent processing.

The registered business address of Cloudlism Inc. shown at the bottom of this policy is not automatically our merchandise return address.

Please use only the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

For an eligible return based on personal preference, change of mind, or selection of an unsuitable option, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

For an approved claim involving an incorrect, damaged, or defective product attributable to us, we will provide the appropriate resolution and return instructions.

Any applicable shipping responsibility will be communicated before the return is sent.

10. Refund Processing

After an eligible returned item is received, we will inspect it and review the return.

If the refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

The additional posting time depends on your financial institution or payment provider.

11. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for standard change-of-mind returns.

Where a refund results from an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, applicable shipping charges may also be reviewed as part of the resolution.

Nothing in this section limits rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.

12. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact:

service@kelmior.com

Please send your request as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before the order enters fulfillment.

However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be canceled in transit. If eligible, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

13. Missing Items

If you receive your order and believe an item is missing, first check whether the order was divided into multiple shipments.

Multiple packages may arrive on different dates.

If all expected packages have been delivered and an item is still missing, contact:

service@kelmior.com

Please provide your order number and details of the missing item so that we can review the shipment.

14. Packages Lost in Transit

If tracking information indicates that a shipment may have been lost while in transit, please contact our customer service team.

We may review the tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or logistics provider to investigate.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution.

15. Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check the delivery location and surrounding areas.
Ask household members, reception staff, or neighbors where appropriate.
Review any delivery notice or proof of delivery.
Contact the local carrier using your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate the shipment, contact service@kelmior.com with your order information.

We will review the available delivery information and provide reasonable assistance where possible.

16. Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the payment method originally used for the purchase.

If the original payment method is no longer available or another issue prevents the refund from being completed normally, please contact customer service so that we can review the situation.

We will not normally issue a refund to an unrelated third-party payment account.

17. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional rights or remedies, those requirements will apply.

We also reserve the right to discontinue products or limit their availability.

3. Orders

Submitting an order through Kelmior constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
